To support our growing team at our recently established location in Charlotte, NC, we are seeking a Warehouse and Production Technician. This role is primarily focused on warehouse operations, shipping, receiving, inventory organization, and production support. You will also assist with preparation, assembly, testing, and packaging of PuttView systems, and support CNC-related production tasks under the guidance of our CNC operator.
What you will do
Warehouse Operations
- Receive incoming shipments and verify deliveries against packing lists and purchase orders.
- Organize inventory, parts, tools, packaging materials, and finished goods.
- Pick, prepare, package, and ship systems and components to customers, installers, and partners.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized warehouse.
- Support inventory counts and help keep warehouse records accurate.
- Prepare materials and install kits for upcoming projects.
Production and System Preparation
- Assist with assembly and preparation of PuttView systems and related components.
- Help set up and prepare PCs, projectors, cameras, cables, mounting hardware, and other system parts.
- Support system testing, configuration, and quality control before shipment.
- Identify damaged, missing, or incorrect parts and communicate issues clearly.
- Follow checklists and standard operating procedures to ensure consistency.
CNC and Production Support
- Assist with CNC-related production tasks under the guidance of the primary CNC operator.
- Help prepare materials, load/unload parts, clean work areas, and perform basic machine-related support tasks.
- Support basic maintenance and organization around the CNC production area.
- Learn additional production tasks over time as the U.S. operation grows.
Team Support
- Work closely with the Warehouse Manager, CNC operator, Installation Technicians, and Global Operations team.
- Support continuous improvement of warehouse, production, packaging, and shipping processes.
- Help the team solve practical problems and keep operations moving.
What you will bring
- Hands-on experience in warehouse operations, shipping/receiving, production, assembly, or a similar environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfort working with tools, hardware, parts, packaging, and technical equipment.
- Basic technical aptitude with PCs, electronics, AV equipment, or similar systems is a plus.
- Ability to follow checklists, processes, and quality standards.
- Reliable, practical, and willing to jump in where needed.
- Ability to work independently while also being part of a small team.
- Physical ability to perform warehouse work, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Experience with CNC machines, woodworking, manufacturing, or golf technology is helpful but not required.
- Hands-on experience in warehouse operations, shipping/receiving, production, assembly, or a similar environment.
