Job Description
- Work with management on a daily plan to deter and detect unwanted activity
- Patrol the pool area on foot and ensure that residents and guests are following pool rules
- Guard entry of the pool, allowing only those with approved access to enter
- Prepare daily PDF Reports with detail
- Work with police and emergency authorities as needed
- Serve as a deterent to criminal activity by staying active and engaged to all activity on the property
- Provide premier customer service to our clients through communication and professionalism
- Enforce client and company policies, rules, and regulations
Requirements:
- Able to work outdoors in inclement and extreme weather conditions
- Be on time
- Be proactive
- Log observations and detail incidents as needed
- Ability to stand or walk for long periods of time or long shifts
- 1 year of security experience
Qualifications:
Level 2 Security Officer with an active and current Level 2 license in Texas
- Ability to pass a background and drug screening
- Conflict resolution experience
- Ability to adapt to change
- Independent work experience
