Jet's Pizza is looking for a motivated Managers to help lead our team and deliver outstanding customer service. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with restaurant experience who is ready to grow into a General Manager position.
We are a locally owned multi-unit Jet's Pizza franchise group that believes in promoting from within and developing future leaders.
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily restaurant operations
- Lead and motivate team members
- Provide excellent customer service
- Help manage labor and food costs
- Train and develop employees
- Ensure food quality and safety standards are maintained
- Assist with scheduling and staffing
- Open and close the restaurant as needed
Qualifications
- Restaurant, retail, or customer service leadership experience preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work nights and weekends
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
