Job Summary

Duties
- Lead and supervise all restaurant operations, including food preparation, service delivery, and staff management

- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and sanitation regulations, including proper food handling and hygiene practices
- Manage POS systems for accurate order processing and cash handling
- Train, develop, and motivate staff through effective onboarding, ongoing training, and performance evaluations
- Coordinate shift schedules, monitor service flow, and ensure timely delivery of quality service during peak hours
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and foster a welcoming environment for all guests
Experience
- Proven management experience in a quick service or fast food restaurant setting with a focus on food service management
- Extensive background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management
- Familiarity with POS systems experience with cash handling is essential
- Prior experience in fine dining or casual dining environments is highly desirable
- Demonstrated skills in staff training, supervising teams, interviewing candidates, and developing talent
- Knowledge of food safety regulations, budgeting principles, and hospitality management practices
- Strong leadership qualities with excellent communication skills; ability to motivate teams in a fast-paced setting
