Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Dietary Aide to join our team in a hospital setting. The Dietary Aide plays a crucial role in supporting the culinary team by assisting in food preparation and ensuring that all kitchen operations run smoothly. Duties
- Assist in the preparation and production of meals according to established recipes and dietary guidelines.
- Sanitate kitchen equipment and work areas to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Help serve meals to patients, ensuring that dietary restrictions are followed accurately.
- Clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment after use, adhering to food safety protocols.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal service and address any dietary concerns.
- Maintain inventory of food supplies and report any shortages or issues to the kitchen supervisor.
- Follow all health regulations and safety standards related to food handling and preparation
