Responsibilities
- Engage with customers in both English and your second language to understand their needs and recommend suitable retail or financial products.
- Assist customers with banking transactions, including cash handling, cashiering, and basic math calculations.
- Support loan processing activities by explaining options, gathering necessary documentation, and ensuring accurate data entry using financial software.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and guiding clients through product features and benefits.
- Manage cash management tasks efficiently, including balancing registers, processing payments, and maintaining accurate cash handling records.
- Conduct retail math calculations to determine pricing, discounts, or payment plans accurately.
- Uphold all security protocols related to cash handling and customer data privacy during daily operations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales or customer service environments; experience in banking or financial services is a plus.
- Strong bilingual communication skills in English and another language; ability to switch seamlessly between languages.
- Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and familiarity with retail math concepts.
- Knowledge of cash handling procedures, cashiering systems, and cash management practices.
- Familiarity with financial software applications and proficiency with 10 key typing for quick data entry.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a passion for helping others and delivering outstanding service.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.
