Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and organized Marketing & Customer Relations Coordinator to help grow our brand presence and maintain strong customer engagement. This role combines digital marketing responsibilities with customer follow-up and reputation management.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the company’s social media marketing across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant channels.
- Create, schedule, and monitor engaging content to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
- Manage and optimize Google advertising campaigns, including Google Ads and related marketing initiatives.
- Monitor advertising budgets and oversee ad costs to ensure efficient campaign performance and ROI.
- Follow up with customers after project completion to ensure satisfaction.
- Encourage and manage customer online reviews on platforms such as Google and Facebook.
- Respond professionally to customer feedback and online inquiries.
- Track marketing performance and provide regular updates on campaign effectiveness and customer engagement.
Qualifications
- Experience with social media marketing and digital advertising
- Familiarity with Google Ads and online campaign management
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Ability to work independently and contribute to a growing team
- Experience in construction, home improvement, or remodeling industries is a plus

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
