Job SumCompensation: $2300.00 Per Month.
Employment type: Full time, Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. On call every other week.

Description: Outside Assistant Manager. Responsible for performing all park maintenance and operations including, but not limited to, landscaping, operating a riding mower, repairing water and sewer lines, swimming pool maintenance, general construction, mobile home repairs, snow plowing, using a sewer jetting machine, and repairing potholes. Working under the supervision of the Outside Manager.
Requirements: Must live on site. Mobile home, Apartment, or Construction Experience Preferred. Must Have a Valid Driver’s License, Auto Insurance, No DUI's in the Last 5 Years, No Felonies, And a Valid Social Security Number or An I-9. Must Submit to Drug Testing. Must have references from prior employment.
