Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality patient care under the supervision of a licensed nurse, focusing on hygiene, mobility, and nutrition needs
Perform vital signs, obtain medical histories, and document patient information accurately
Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control and safety protocols
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements:
Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Ohio
High school diploma or equivalent required; certificate in CNA or related field preferred
Minimum 0 years of experience in a healthcare setting; recent graduates and experienced CNAs welcome to apply
Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients with ease and precision
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
