Joseph Subaru is hiring an Automotive Parts Associate / Parts Counter Representative to join our growing team in Florence, KY.

As a Parts Associate, you’ll play a key role in keeping our service department running efficiently by helping customers and technicians identify, order, and receive the correct parts. - $40,000–$50,000 annual earnings

- Assist service technicians, retail customers, and wholesale accounts with parts identification and ordering
- Accurately locate parts using electronic parts catalogs and dealership software
- Provide pricing information and recommend related parts and accessories when appropriate
- Pull and stage parts orders accurately and efficiently
- Process special orders and communicate order status with customers
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory
- Help maintain accurate inventory levels and record lost sales
- Process invoices, payments, warranties, credits, and returns
- Assist with shipping and receiving responsibilities
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe parts department
- Work closely with the service department to minimize repair delays and provide exceptional customer service
- Previous automotive parts experience is preferred but not required—we will train the right candidate
- Customer service, retail, warehouse, inventory, or automotive experience is a plus
- Basic automotive knowledge preferred
- Strong computer skills and the ability to learn dealership software
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
