Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Stone Setter to join our custom jewelry team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of experience setting all styles of stones, ranging from diamonds to emeralds, in all types of setting styles like pavé, micro prong, bead, bezel, etc. This is a full-time, in-person opportunity at our Brookfield location.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements
The ideal candidate will bring:
- At least 3 years (5 or more preferred) of experience setting diamonds, emeralds, sapphires, and other precious and semi-precious gemstones.
- Proven expertise across multiple setting techniques, including prong, pavé, micro-prong, bead, bezel, and channel setting.
- Strong bench skills, excellent hand-eye coordination, and a high standard for detail and finish quality.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a deep commitment to high-quality craftsmanship.
- Experience helping train, guide, or mentor junior team members.
- A collaborative, team-oriented approach and willingness to support a growing custom jewelry department.
