Experiance: Several years of experience in the SALON OR BEATY INDUSTRY, with a proven track record of leadership
- Management skills: strong managerial and organizational skills to oversee salon operations and effectively lead a team
- Customers service: Excellent customer service skills to ensure clients satifaction and loyalty
- communication skills for interacting with clients,staff,and other stakeholder.
- business acumen: understand of business principle, including budgeting, financial management and marketing.
- leadership: Ability to inspire and lead a team,fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Industry knowledge :up -to-date of salon trend, Beauty products, and industry best practices
- Problem -solving: Strong problem -solving abilities to address challenges that may arise in daily salon operations.
- sales and marketing: Familiarity with sales and marketing strategies to promote salon services and attract clients.
- Licensing and compliance: Compliance with relevent licensing requirement and knowledge of healthy and safety regulations.
Front desk: Able to handle the front desk answer phone, follow up with clients, confirm appointments, make sure appointments booked proparle.
