To provide safe, reliable, courteous and efficient transportation service for our assisted living community residents.
Minimum eligibility requirements
- Possess a valid driver's license.
- Meet motor vehicle records clearance requirements.
- Must have compassion for and desire to work with the disabled.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff and general public.
- Must be honest, fair, dependable, respect confidentiality and the rights and privacy of others.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to treat all people with sensitivity and courtesy.
- Must be capable of maintaining consistent attendance.
- Must pass criminal background check.
Essential functions
- Assist residents with boarding and exiting the vehicle. Secure safety belts as is required.
- Provide a smoke-free environment while transporting residents.
- Prepare the vehicle for operation by performing pre-trip safety inspection. Monitor the ongoing condition of the vehicle during operation.
- Prepare required paperwork and submit in a timely manner as required by the Community.
- Other duties as assigned.

Pay: $15.20 - $17.70 per hour
