Hang Ten Cleaning is a newly established, locally owned vacation, residential, and commercial cleaning business in Charleston. We are looking for a dedicated Lead Specialist to join our team as a W-2 employee. If you take pride in flawless work and want to earn great pay with a flexible schedule, we want to hear from you!

Schedule & Pay Structure
- As-Needed / Per-Job Schedule: Work is assigned on a per-job basis.
- Competitive Flat-Rate Pay: Earn a fixed rate per job (averaging $25–$35/hour for standard completion times) as a direct W-2 employee, with direct deposit payouts every two weeks.
Key Responsibilities
- The Expert Standard: Deliver top-tier general and deep cleaning across vacation rentals, residential homes, and commercial spaces.
- Turnover & Staging: Manage fast-paced vacation rental turnovers, ensuring properties are impeccably cleaned and beautifully staged for incoming guests.
- Comprehensive Cleaning: Perform thorough sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, restroom sanitization, trash removal, and window/mirror cleaning.
- Knowledge Leadership: Act as our trusted on-the-ground resource for best-in-class cleaning techniques, chemical solutions, and protocols.
- Ownership & Communication: Proactively communicate with management regarding job completion, supply needs, and quality control.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: Extensive professional cleaning experience (Vacation rental and residential experience strongly preferred).
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous work ethic, efficiency, and the ability to work independently without oversight.
- Team Mindset: Reliability and pride in representing the Hang Ten Cleaning brand while fostering a positive culture.
- Communication: Fluent in reading, speaking, and writing English.
Logistics & Physical Requirements
- Age: Must be 21+ years old (for insurance purposes).
- Transportation: Must hold a valid driver’s license, a reliable personal vehicle, and active car insurance to travel between job sites.
- Physical Ability: Able to lift up to 50 lbs and comfortably perform physical labor (standing, bending, kneeling, pushing, pulling).
- Environment: Must be comfortable working around pets with no severe allergies to pets or standard cleaning solutions.
- Screening: Must pass a standard background check and drug screening.
