Position Overview:
Trident specializes in seeding and erosion control for commercial, industrial, & municipal projects across KS. We are committed to success, both as a company and as individuals, and we rely on each team member to pull their own weight and contribute to the continued growth and excellence of our business. As a key member of our crew, you will work alongside experienced professionals to install and maintain erosion-control and seeding projects. Daily travel with intermittent overnight stays required (per diem paid). The ideal candidate will be physically capable, reliable, and eager to contribute to the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and maintain erosion control products such as silt fence, filter sock & erosion blanket
- Assist in drill seeding and hydroseeding operations
- Operate and maintain equipment such as tractors, seed drills, trucks/trailers, small equipment & hand tools
- Work efficiently and safely in various outdoor conditions, adhering to all safety standards and regulations
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet project deadlines and quality standards
- Communicate effectively with colleagues & supervisors
Qualifications:
· Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license and a clean record
- Pass pre-employment and random drug screenings for full-time positions
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to follow directions
- Willingness to learn and take on new tasks and responsibilities
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50lbs) and perform physical tasks for extended periods
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
- A positive attitude, willingness to push yourself, and a drive to be your best every day
- Must be able to adapt to rapidly changing plans and situations

Compensation: Wage rate dependent on experience and skills.
