About Spectrum Squad
Spectrum Squad is growing! As we continue expanding our services for children and families, we are excited to launch our Speech Therapy Department. We are looking for a compassionate, collaborative, and motivated Speech-Language Pathologist who is passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and their families.

What You'll Do
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on each client's unique strengths and needs.
- Provide engaging, evidence-based speech and language therapy.
- Address articulation, language, social communication, AAC, feeding (if applicable), and other communication needs.
- Collaborate closely with BCBAs, RBTs, occupational therapists, physicians, educators, and families to provide coordinated care.
- Educate parents and caregivers on strategies to support communication goals at home.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with insurance and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in interdisciplinary treatment team meetings.
- Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
- Help build and shape Spectrum Squad's growing Speech Therapy program.
Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Current Nevada Speech-Language Pathologist License (or eligible for licensure).
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply.
- Experience working with children, particularly those with autism spectrum disorder or developmental disabilities, is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Excellent organizational and documentation abilities.
