Responsibilities
- Supervise daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts, ensuring efficient service and adherence to company standards.
- Lead and motivate team members through training, coaching, and development initiatives to enhance performance and customer service skills.
- Oversee food preparation, cooking processes, and food safety protocols to maintain high-quality standards.
- Manage inventory control, including stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste to optimize profitability.
- Handle cash management duties such as cash handling, POS transactions using Aloha POS and balancing registers at shift end.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards across all areas of the restaurant.
Experience
- Proven supervisory or management experience in a quick service & fast food restaurant or casual dining environment.
- Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and food handling procedures.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for transaction processing.
- Experience in inventory control, budgeting, and food management practices within the food industry.
- Demonstrated leadership skills in hospitality management, staff training & development, and team management.
- Knowledge of food safety standards, kitchen management, and customer service excellence.
- Previous experience with restaurant management roles including shift management or assistant manager responsibilities is highly desirable.
