This is a full-time exempt position that is responsible for the provision and coordination of case management and life skills services to clients. Supervises a team of professional staff. Responsible for the oversight of the case management team in Lee and Collier counties. Responsible for training including for new team members, changes to policies and procedures, and in problem areas for team. Will assist clients in making choices for the full and appropriate use of available services through the use of consultation, service linkage, advocacy and information about community, county, state, and federal resources. Will monitor adherence to regulations and the accurate and prompt completion of all reporting, billing, and other required paperwork.
