Duties

- Optimize website content for SEO to improve search engine rankings and increase organic traffic using tools like Google Analytics and WordPress.
- Manage social media marketing efforts on platforms such as Facebook Advertising, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter to boost engagement and follower growth.
- Coordinate advertising sales initiatives by supporting print advertising campaigns, digital ads (Google AdWords), and performance marketing strategies.
- Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline campaigns, track performance metrics, and analyze campaign effectiveness for continuous improvement.
- Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and target audiences to inform strategic planning and content development.
- Assist in product management tasks by supporting the promotion of new offerings through targeted marketing efforts.
- Support budgeting processes for marketing projects while ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product management, and creative teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in digital marketing, content marketing, or related roles with a strong understanding of multichannel marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for creating visual content; familiarity with HTML is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability in SEO practices, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, and email marketing platforms.
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling messages tailored for different audiences.
- Knowledge of B2B (business-to-business) marketing principles and experience supporting e-commerce initiatives is preferred.
- Familiarity with WordPress website management and basic HTML coding is advantageous.
- Excellent research skills combined with analytical thinking to interpret data from analytics tools for campaign optimization.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
