Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Domestic Freight Forwarding Customer Service Associate to join our logistics team. In this role, you will be the vital link between clients, carriers, and internal teams, ensuring seamless coordination of freight shipments across domestic markets. Your energetic approach and strong communication skills will drive customer satisfaction, optimize transportation processes, and support the efficient movement of goods. Duties
- Process order entries accurately and efficiently using the company TMS.
- Book and manage LTL, truckload, and expedited freight movements.
- Coordinate carrier pickups and deliveries, including appointment scheduling.
- Monitor shipment status from pickup through delivery.
- Close shipments through POD collection and documentation review.
- Validate costs, revenue, and paperwork prior to billing submission.
Skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and TMS or logistics-related software.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in managing shipments and documentation.

Pay: From $23.00 per hour
