Our client, an Am Law 200 full-service law firm, is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Associate to join its Miami office. This is an excellent opportunity to become an integral member of a sophisticated and active real estate practice handling complex commercial transactions with significant client interaction and responsibility.
What You’ll Work On:
- Handling commercial real estate acquisitions and dispositions
- Advising on commercial real estate lending and financing matters
- Reviewing and analyzing title and survey materials
- Drafting and negotiating transactional documents and agreements
- Supporting complex commercial real estate transactions from inception through closing
- Working directly with clients to understand and achieve business objectives
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of transactional commercial real estate experience
- Strong background in commercial real estate purchases, lending, and title/survey review
- Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple sophisticated transactions independently
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Experience within a law firm with a substantial commercial real estate practice preferred
- Top academic credentials preferred
- JD from an ABA-accredited law school
- Active Florida Bar admission required
