Responsibilities
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) and behavioral psychological evaluations to identify client needs and inform intervention strategies
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans based on ABA principles
- Collect, analyze, and document data meticulously to track progress and adjust treatment approaches as needed
- Provide clinical supervision to behavior technicians and staff, ensuring adherence to best practices and ethical standards
- Perform patient assessments and coordinate intake processes for new clients to establish comprehensive care plans
- Support clients through autism spectrum disorders (ASD) support services, including diagnostic evaluations and behavioral health interventions
- Maintain HIPAA-compliant medical documentation and manage medical records accurately across all client interactions
- Communicate effectively with clients’ families, schools, and healthcare providers to ensure cohesive care delivery
- Conduct home-based behavioral therapy sessions and participate in school-based programs to promote skill development in natural environments
Requirements
- Valid certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or equivalent credential with current certification status
- Proven experience working with children and individuals with disabilities, especially those with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or neurodevelopmental disorders
- Strong background in applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral therapy, functional assessment, and behavior intervention techniques
- Experience conducting behavioral health assessments, including functional behavior assessments (FBA) and diagnostic evaluations
- Familiarity with medical terminology, medical documentation standards, and medical records management
- Ability to perform patient care activities with compassion and professionalism in diverse settings such as homes or schools
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations to ensure confidentiality and privacy of client information
- Excellent communication skills for client interaction, team collaboration, and family engagement
- Experience working within special education environments or school settings is highly desirable
- Demonstrated ability to handle medical records accurately while maintaining attention to detail in data collection and documentation

Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
