Key Responsibilities
- Operate heavy machinery including bulldozers, excavators, dump trucks, and skid steers.
- Perform site tasks including site preparation, grading, excavation, and material transport.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal safety.
- Maintain safety standards by following detailed protocols and wearing PPE at all times.
- Set up sites by positioning equipment accurately according to project specifications.
- Support concrete operations by mixing and operating concrete mixers when required.
- Collaborate with team members to execute project plans efficiently.
Requirements
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) is strictly required.
- Proven operator experience on active construction sites.
- Heavy truck experience driving dump trucks and trailers is preferred.
- Construction background in site development, grading, excavation, or infrastructure preferred.
- Strong safety knowledge regarding equipment operation and occupational regulations.
Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour
