Looking for a fun summer job where you can earn hourly pay plus tips while spending your day at one of Western New York's premier golf resorts? We're looking for friendly, energetic team members to work in our Snack Bar and on our Beverage Cart. If you enjoy meeting new people, staying active, and providing great customer service, we'd love to meet you.
This position is perfect for someone who enjoys customer service, can multitask in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in providing outstanding guest experiences.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve simple food items, including grilled menu items.
- Prepare beverages and maintain food safety and sanitation standards.
- Operate the beverage cart on the golf course, serving food and beverages to golfers while providing excellent customer service.
- Accurately operate a point-of-sale (POS) system and handle cash and credit card transactions.
- Restock food, beverages, ice, and supplies throughout the shift.
- Keep the snack bar, beverage cart, and surrounding work areas clean, organized, and fully stocked.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service guidelines.
- Answer guest questions and assist with general resort information.
- Work as part of the golf operations team to provide an exceptional guest experience.
- Perform opening and closing duties, including cleaning and inventory as assigned.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous customer service, restaurant, concession stand, or retail experience is preferred but not required.
- Cash handling or POS experience is helpful.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and willing to work weekends, holidays, and evenings during the golf season.
- Must have valid driver's license.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to safely drive and operate a golf cart.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.

Schedule
- Seasonal position through October.
- Part-time and full-time opportunities available.

Compensation
