We are looking for:
We are looking for a highly motivated & reliable Housekeeper.
Your role is to ensure the property is cleaned, staged, fully functional, and ready for guests to check in.
Typical work day hours are between 11:00am - 4:00pm.
Responsibilities:
Inspect the property for damages & report any damages
Strip beds, gather linens & towels, and inspect for damages
Complete Laundry & Dish washing
Follow Easy Stay Cleaning Checklist (includes: vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and disinfecting entire home/apartment)
Report Inventory to Property Host
Make beds, stage towels, and restock unit replenishables
Take Before/After Pictures during each turnover
Communicate with Housekeeping Manager each day
Positive interactions with Guests and Field Inspectors
Qualifications:
Independent Self Starter, Highly Motivated
Experience in Service-Based businesses & Customer Interaction
Excellent Time Management Skills and ability to multi-task, change gears quickly, and prioritize work
Strong Attention to Detail and Problem Solving Skills
Strong Organizational Skills
Positive Attitude
Must have reliable transportation & Smart Phone
Must pass criminal background check
Hospitality Experience Preferred
