Position Overview
We are seeking a full-time Dental Assistant who is reliable, compassionate, organized, and eager to learn. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a team environment, takes pride in providing excellent patient care, and is willing to assist with both general and cosmetic dental procedures.

Responsibilities
- Assist the doctor chairside during general, cosmetic, and restorative procedures
- Prepare treatment rooms before and after each patient
- Take high-quality digital dental radiographs (X-rays)
- Assist with routine hygiene procedures and prophies when appropriate
- Assist with fillings, crowns, bridges, root canals, extractions, implant procedures, dentures, Invisalign, and other major dental procedures
- Sterilize instruments and maintain OSHA and CDC infection control standards
- Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative instructions
- Ensure operatories are fully stocked and organized
- Provide a warm, professional experience for every patient
Qualifications
- Dental Assistant certification or completion of a Dental Assisting program
- Recent graduates are encouraged to apply
- Maryland Dental Radiation Health & Safety Certification (or ability to obtain if required)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality
- Reliable transportation

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
