This position requires one to demonstrate a positive attitude in a fast paced and ever changing environment. This position also requires one to toggle between multiple tasks simultaneously and be able to make quick decisions for case management and prioritization.
CAD Nesting, Contour, & Pre-Stain Technician Responsibilities:
- Die Preparation: Marking margins and sealing dies
- Uploading design files into multiple CAD programs
- Assess charts, prescription slips, case notes, and photos for "best case" milling outcomes
- Remove milled restorations from milling machines using small tools
- Light pre-contouring of restorations - sprue removal - with a handpiece
- Pre-staining Zirconia: hand painting enhancement liquids on each unit, following company set charts and doctor specific instructions
- Maintain accurate records both via company software and handwritten documents
- Daily small machine maintenance and cleaning - no heavy lifting required
- Maintain a tidy and organized shared workspace
- Monthly inventory cycle counts
- Become familiar with production steps that come before and after
Position requirements:
- Must have a steady hand and keen eyesight
- Must be able to read, write, and understand English
- Must be able to take direction and have some critical thinking ability
- Must be able to multitask, be self-motivated, and follow set workflow expectations
- Must have integrity and a willingness to not only learn, but continue to evolve and improve in daily tasks
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and walk up and down stairs
- Must have basic operating knowledge of computers
- Must have a valid driver's license
No prior experience is required - On the job training is provided
830-530/6PM Monday through Thursday, Flex Fridays based on workload - generally 8-11 AM
Pay increases available after probationary period and after various proven ability checkpoints.

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
