Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead with strong expertise in Ellucian (Banner or Colleague) to lead development, integration, and support initiatives for higher education clients. The role involves technical leadership, solution design, and mentoring teams while ensuring high-quality delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end development and support for Ellucian Banner/Colleague ERP systems
- Design and implement scalable solutions, integrations, and enhancements
- Work closely with functional teams and stakeholders to understand requirements
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams
- Review code, ensure best practices, and maintain coding standards
- Manage system upgrades, patches, and performance optimization
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide resolution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, and business users
Required Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience with Ellucian Banner or Colleague ERP
- Expertise in Oracle DB, PL/SQL
- Experience with Ellucian Ethos, APIs, and system integrations
- Strong knowledge of Unix/Linux environments
- Proven experience in technical leadership or team handling
- Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Ellucian Ethos Integration, Insights, or Data Connect
- Exposure to Java, Groovy, or Python
- Experience in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Prior experience working with US higher education clients
Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per hour
