Shades is a retail store with an impressive selection of name brand sunglasses and the most popular brands in casual southern apparel. Shades carries sunglass brands such as Ray-Ban, Costa, Maui Jim, and Oakley. We also present a wide selection of apparel from Southern Marsh, Old Row, Southern Shirt Co. and more!

Management Expectations:
- Maintain a superior level of customer service throughout the store.
- Direct, lead, and follow-up with employees on daily operations.
- Responsible for shipping and receiving of product from vendors, other stores, and customer special orders.
- Inventory management.
- Drive profitable sales through forecasting and scheduling.
- Responsible for visual merchandising.
- Hold self accountable for achievement of financial results and statistical standards.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and a flexible schedule.
- Comfortable with a fast paced, dynamic work atmosphere.
Salary commensurate with experience.
