A well-established collision repair facility in Longmont is looking for an experienced Collision Repair Estimator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with a team committed to quality repairs and exceptional customer service.
What You'll Do
- Inspect damaged vehicles and prepare complete, accurate repair estimates
- Identify additional damage during teardown and process supplements efficiently
- Coordinate with technicians, parts personnel, and production staff throughout the repair process
- Communicate with customers regarding repair progress and expectations
- Work directly with insurance companies to obtain approvals and resolve claim questions
- Help improve cycle time while maintaining repair quality and customer satisfaction
- Deliver a professional, customer-focused repair experience from start to finish
What We're Looking For
- Previous collision estimating experience required
- Insurance claims experience required
- Strong knowledge of collision repair processes and blueprinting
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple repairs in a fast-paced production environment
- Experience with estimating software such as CCC ONE, Mitchell, or Audatex is preferred
- Self-motivated, dependable, and committed to doing the job right
