Customer Service Representative – Project Manager

Pay Range: $55,000 to $85,000

We’re seeking an experienced and driven Customer Service Representative – Project Manager with outstanding organizational skills, a customer-first mindset, and a passion for continuous learning - especially in the world of label printing.

What You’ll Do:
- Develop and grow new customer accounts
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Be a proactive and collaborative member of our team
- Partner with our outside sales force in a team-sell environment
- Help customers through product engineering, estimating, and order placement.
- Enter, track and manage customer orders through our ERP.
- Monitor order progress and resolve issues or delays proactively.
- Handle customer complaints and work with internal teams to resolve issues
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong math and technical skills – we are a numbers industry!
- 2–5 years’ experience in customer service, project coordination, or related role
- Experience in related industries (folding cartons, commercial printing, flexible packaging, plastic packaging, closures) will be strongly considered
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to explain complex printing processes
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP/CRM tools
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred
