TVN Enterprises Inc. is a wholesale, embroidery, and promotional goods business located in Chatsworth, CA.
Please read before applying: We are seeking an individual with e-commerce customer service and logistics / fulfillment experience, particularly with Shopify, Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Etsy, Faire, and other online marketplaces.
This is a full-time, in-office position, Monday through Friday. Saturday overtime will be required as needed.
The right candidate will be a self-starter, quick learner, highly organized, responsible, creative, and able to multitask. They must have common sense, pay attention to details, and consistently complete assigned tasks.
Core Job Description
- Respond to customer service calls, emails, and messages through Shopify, Faire, Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and other e-commerce channels
- Use Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel
- Process returns
- Pack orders
- Learn new tasks and procedures quickly
Requirements
- Previous experience with e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces is preferred
- Strong English writing and grammar skills
- Good typing skills
- Professional verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow specific procedures and instructions
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong computer and internet skills
- Team player
- Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision
- Ability to meet deadlines without compromising quality
- Verifiable references
- Must be local, as this is an immediate-hire position
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 – 48.0 per week
