Position Summary
The Part-Time Administrative Assistant provides administrative support to help ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of our organization. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. We are looking for a positive team player who enjoys helping others and is willing to take on a variety of administrative tasks.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Provide general administrative and clerical support.
- Assist with coordinating insurance applications and related paperwork.
- Help track and follow up on subpoena requests with the Medical Records Department.
- Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets, databases, and other office records.
- Prepare and submit permits, licenses, and renewals for medical office locations.
- Assist with automobile accident claim documentation.
- Assist with litigation claims.
- Help coordinate insurance information for company properties and vehicles.
- Organize and maintain lease agreements and other business documents.
- Monitor the Legal department email inbox and direct messages as needed.
- Perform other administrative duties and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous office or customer service experience is helpful but not required.
- Willingness to learn, ask questions, and take initiative.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, and Outlook, or willing to learn.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional travel between office locations.
Work Schedule
- Part-time position.
- Flexible schedule based on business needs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
