Cloud9 Cabinetry is seeking a Kitchen & Bath Cabinet Salesperson & Showroom Manager to lead one of our Greater Cincinnati showrooms. This role blends sales, customer relationships, and kitchen design, making it perfect for someone who enjoys helping customers create beautiful spaces while building a strong book of business.
This is a base salary + commission opportunity with total earnings potential of $60,000 – $150,000+ annually depending on performance.
What You'll Do
- Lead day-to-day showroom operations and deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Design and sell functional, beautiful kitchen and bath cabinet layouts
- Achieve and exceed personal sales goals
- Build relationships and generate new business with contractors, designers, real estate professionals, and investors
- Manage customer projects from initial consultation through final order
- Ensure consistent follow-up and high customer satisfaction
- Maintain showroom presentation and merchandising standards
- Model professionalism, accountability, and a strong work ethic

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience
- 1–2 years in the home improvement industry preferred
- 1-2 years of Kitchen & bath design or remodeling experience preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience using a CRM system
