In this role you will…
- Perform High Volume Recruiting: Quickly hire Technicians in Doors & Security
- Source Passive Candidates: Leave no stone unturned as you build a network and find the perfect candidate for a wide variety of functions
- Own the Recruitment Process: Manage and track all phases of recruitment from job post to signed offer, ensuring a smooth and efficient process from start to finish.
- Collaborate and Create: Work closely with department managers to review job descriptions, understand role specifics, and set hiring criteria.
- Join a Team: Our team of dedicated recruiters are excited to support your journey and brainstorm new techniques with you!
- Ensure Compliance: Stay up-to-date with employment laws and regulations to ensure our hiring practices are compliant.
- Adapt and Excel: Be ready to tackle other duties as needed and travel occasionally to support recruitment efforts.

- Tech Savvy: Experience with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse preferred) and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
