Job Summary
Higher Education Adjunct Faculty assist with the instructional delivery of courses taken by program majors. Higher Education adjunct faculty teach up to 6 hours [2 – 3hour courses] per semester. Typical courses focus on finance, law, and leadership.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Instruction in traditional and online formats.

Assessment of student learning outcomes.

Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
A doctoral degree in Higher Education is required for teaching graduate level courses.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to communicate with all groups of individuals in a timely manner.

Ability to work with a diverse team in diverse settings.

Experience with online learning platforms.

Experience setting clear performance expectations and provision of meaningful feedback.
Preferred Qualifications
Demonstrated success in university teaching is preferred.
