Job Description
We are seeking a full time (9:30-5:30 Tues-Fri 9:30-3:00 Sat) Inside Sales Associate to become an integral part of our team! You will be responsible for selling products, merchandise, and services in a retail setting in order to drive company revenue. Requires an outgoing personality and the ability to work together with a team for peak performance in a retail-service environment. Other skills required are strong organizational skills, effective verbal and written communication skills, good computer skills with knowledge. Physical requirements include the ability to stand for several hours at a time and ability to lift 40+ lbs.

Responsibilities:
- Welcome and identify customer needs
- Execute and exceed world-class customer service
- Explain products and services to customers
- Monitor inventory to ensure product is in stock
- Enter and process customer orders
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
- Ability to to lift 40+ lbs.
- Ability to build rapport with customers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good Computer skills

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
