Large manufacturing company is looking for a Financial Analyst/ Plant Accountant for a facility is central NE.

This is an on-site position (no remote or hybrid option is available)
Purpose ~
As a member of the corporate controllership team, the Financial Analyst will support key centralized corporate accounting functions and compliance activities.
Responsibilities ~

Conduct monthly and quarterly account reconciliations for corporate ledgers utilizing our ERP system.

Prepare journal entries as part of the monthly close process.

Develop timely and insightful financial reporting and analysis for plant
-
Support the preparation of budgets, forecasts and strategic plans for the business.

Ensure compliance with internal control policies and work with external auditors as needed.

Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities for corporate and each of the US-based facilities.
Qualifications ~
-
Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or similar field
-
5 years of experience in accounting field.

At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing or accounting firm.

Experience in a large accounting firm preferred.

CPA preferred.
-
Experience with ERP systems a must – experience with Plex is preferred.
