Travel Sales Advisor (In-Office, Experienced)

Anew Travel is a high-performing, Smart Luxury storefront travel agency seeking an experienced Travel Sales Advisor to join our in-office team. This is a client-facing sales role for a proven travel professional who knows how to convert inquiries into bookings while delivering an elevated customer experience.
This position is 100% in person at our Kirkwood office — no remote or hybrid options.
Compensation & Schedule
- Pay: $20/hour
- Schedule: Tuesday–Friday, 9:00 AM–4:00 PM
- Employment Type: Hourly, non-exempt
- Location: In-office only (Kirkwood / Des Peres area)

Key Responsibilities (Sales-Focused)
- Manage inbound leads, phone calls, emails, and walk-in clients
- Qualify client needs and confidently recommend travel solutions
- Build and present quotes and proposals
- Close bookings and maximize trip value
- Enter and manage trips, invoices, and documentation in CRM
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal advisors
- Deliver a polished, professional, high-touch client experience
Required Experience & Qualifications
This role requires prior travel industry experience.
- Minimum 2 years of travel sales experience (agency, tour operator, or similar)
- Proven ability to close sales and manage client relationships
- Strong knowledge of vacation packages, cruises, tours, or luxury travel
- Comfortable working with CRM systems and booking platforms
- Organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven
- Professional, confident communicator (in person and on the phone)
