Warehouse Service Tech
Storylink is a brand engagement agency in the Twin Cities. We design and build custom exhibits and brand experiences. This role helps with daily warehouse work, including getting trade show exhibits ready, delivering them, and helping the small package fulfillment team. A strong candidate pays close attention to details, solves problems well, and can work with a small team or independently. This person must be willing and able to drive a forklift.

Job Duties
- Help prepare exhibits to leave the warehouse, including pulling items, getting them ready, and loading or unloading trucks.
- Receive incoming freight, including some heavy lifting.
- Carefully check in exhibit items, displays, and fixtures.
- Set up booths and make sure graphics fit correctly.
- Organize, label, and prepare FedEx shipments as needed.
- Take part in warehouse safety activities.
- Use timekeeping forms and account systems to help keep billing records accurate.
- Complete other tasks assigned by the Warehouse Manager or Production Manager.
Skills and Experience Needed
- Able to use a computer and Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Able to use RF scanners and inventory software.
- Reliable attendance and ability to work well on a small team.
- Reliable transportation to office and warehouse
- Able to communicate clearly with others.
- Honest, responsible, and dependable.
- Willing and able to drive a forklift for daily warehouse work.
This is a full-time job with 40 hours per week. Holiday pay and PTO are included. During busy times, you may need to work more than 40 hours, including required overtime.
