Job Description:
The Concierge at The Cardinal at North Hills provides exceptional customer service that establishes a warm, secure and friendly atmosphere in the community. Greet residents and visitors at the front desk and by phone in a friendly, timely and professional manner. Respond immediately to emergencies and resident requests.
Schedule: Monday - Friday 9am-5pm
Rate of pay: $19.00/hr - $20.00/hr
Paid Vacation / Sick Time / 7 Paid Holidays

What will I do every day?

Schedule and manage appointments: keep track of the resident's calendar, schedule personal appointments, and make sure they don't miss important events.

Plan travel arrangements: take care of the resident's travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, rental cars, and any other necessary logistics.

Manage household tasks: oversee various household tasks, such as grocery shopping, paying bills, and supervising maintenance and repairs.

Coordinate social events: plan and coordinate social events, such as dinners and parties, and ensure that they run smoothly.

Assist with personal tasks: help with personal tasks such as picking up dry cleaning, making reservations, and arranging for deliveries.

Research and provide information: research topics of interest to the resident, such as travel destinations, investment opportunities, or health and wellness information.

Variety of other tasks based on residents needs
What will I need to be successful in this role?

Have excellent customer service skills

6 months to 1 year of front desk, receptionist or resident relations experience

High school diploma or GED preferred

Senior Living experience a plus

Hotel experience a plus
