Responsibilities:
- Greet attendees, players, and guests with enthusiasm and professionalism, providing clear directions and assistance throughout the event.
- Manage guest services by answering questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors.
- Oversee registration areas, check-in processes, and credential verification to facilitate smooth participant flow.
- Assist with event logistics such as crowd control, line management, and ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Support event operations by coordinating with team members to handle scheduling, announcements, and special activities.
- Address conflicts or issues promptly using conflict management skills to maintain a friendly and organized environment.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in events management or hospitality roles with a focus on customer service or guest relations.
- Strong conflict management skills with the ability to resolve issues calmly and effectively.
- Excellent communication skills suitable for public speaking and engaging diverse audiences.
- Background in food service or resort hospitality is advantageous for supporting various event needs.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced settings such as theaters or large-scale events with high energy levels.
Dress Code:
This is a professional, client-facing event, and all staff are expected to maintain a polished appearance.

- Limited visible tattoos and facial piercings; staff may be asked to cover tattoos or remove facial jewelry
- Clean, well-groomed, and professional appearance required
- Comfortable closed-toe shoes suitable for standing and walking throughout the shift
Schedule:
Shifts will take place August 27–30, with schedules varying based on event needs. Start times may be as early as 6:00 AM and end as late as 8:00 PM. Flexible availability is strongly preferred.
