Overview
We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented Residential and Commercial Cleaners to join our dynamic team! Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes and commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitation
- Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures to ensure health standards are met or exceeded
- Handle laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing
- Use appropriate cleaning detergents and equipment safely and effectively for various surfaces and materials
- Maintain floor care by sweeping, scrubbing, polishing, and applying protective treatments as needed
- Conduct outdoor work including trash removal, window washing, and outdoor surface cleaning when required
- Manage manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting of furniture or equipment with proper safety techniques
Experience
- Prior janitorial or custodial experience in residential or commercial settings is preferred
- Experience with carpet cleaning, floor care, and the use of cleaning equipment is highly desirable
- Knowledge of cleaning surfaces such as wood, tile, carpet, glass, and upholstery
- Familiarity with cleaning detergents and sanitation products along with proper handling procedures
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients about their cleaning needs
- Proven time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled timeframes
- Outdoor work experience is a plus for roles involving exterior property maintenance
