Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.
Some Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversees all day-to-day operations
- Creates a positive store culture by treating employees fairly and with respect.
- Meet or exceed all performance requirements and sales and inventory expectations.
- Ensures the correct use of equipment and reports any defects to the corporate office.
Physical Requirements/Environmental Conditions:
- Requires concentration in a fast-paced environment.
- Requires flexibility in work hours as required to fulfill duties
