Salary Range: $79,700 - $127,300

Key Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership
- Manage all beverage service across outlets, including bars, lounges, restaurants, and events.
- Directly oversee all bartenders and porters on property including scheduling, training, performance management, and daily operational guidance
- Strong leadership in mentorship, accountability, coaching, and employee relations skills
- Ensure compliance with Hyatt brand standards, health regulations, and safety protocols.
- Maintain a culture of care and respect in all guests and colleague interactions.
Team Management
- Interview, hire, and train beverage team members, fostering an inclusive and supportive environment.
- Develop schedules and staffing plans to optimize labor and service quality.
- Coach and mentor team members to deliver outstanding hospitality and uphold Hyatt’s values.
Financial & Strategic Planning
- Forecast beverage revenues and expenses, monitor budgets and cost controls.
- Analyze sales trends and implement strategies to maximize profitability while maintaining quality.
Innovation & Marketing
- Design and maintain a cutting-edge cocktail program that reflects current trends and local influences.
- Collaborate with marketing to create promotions, seasonal menus, and special events that drive revenue and guest engagement.
Guest Experience
- Ensure consistent, high-quality beverage presentation and service.
Respond to guest feedback with empathy and implement improvements to enhance satisfaction.
