American Traveler is hiring a travel MRI Technologist for a 13-week assignment at a prestigious Harvard Medical School teaching hospital and international center for ophthalmology and otolaryngology treatment in Boston, MA.

Radiology MRI department at a nationally recognized academic medical center and teaching hospital affiliated with Harvard Medical School
-
Performs MRI imaging across a broad range of specialty areas including neuro, spine, neurovascular, and head and neck imaging

12-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM

Epic EMR used for charting

13-week contract

BLS certification required (AHA only; Red Cross not accepted for this location)

Active MA license required at time of consideration; conditional or pending licenses are not accepted — license required if applicable

ARRT (MR) or equivalent MRI certification required

Strong knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy, spine anatomy, neurovascular anatomy, and head and neck anatomy including common pathologies

2 professional references required for consideration

Flu vaccine required; no religious or medical exemptions are accepted

Perform MRI exams safely and efficiently in accordance with established clinical protocols and guidelines

Collaborate with Radiologists, Lead Imaging Specialists, and the Associate Director of Radiology to optimize exam quality and patient safety

Work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary imaging team

Timekeeping is managed through UKG/Kronos
-
No validated parking is available at the Boston location; public transportation is recommended, and public parking lots are available at approximately $17–$22 per day
-
Candidates with a permanent residence within 60 miles of the facility are considered local and subject to a reduced pay rate
