EXAMPLE OF DUTIES
This position supports the active treatment programming at Wernersville State Hospital by managing clerical tasks that keep operations organized and updated. As a Clerical Assistant 2, you will perform the following duties:

Program Coordination: Coordinate and update consumer active treatment programming in the Electronic Health Record

Schedule Updates: Communicate daily program data to reflect changes in schedules and operations

Staff Communication: Provide program information to treatment center staff and living areas as needed

Supply Management: Order supplies and maintain the supply room to support uninterrupted services

Schedule Support: Complete TAS work schedules and assist with performance documentation

Conflict Resolution: Resolve scheduling conflicts under the direction of TAS leadership

Work Schedule and Additional Information:

Full time employment, 37.5 hours per week.

Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.

Telework: You will not have the option to telework in this position.
- Salary: Selected candidates who are new to employment within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania will begin employment at the starting annual salary of $36,108 (before taxes).
