- Maintain the cash drawer by performing daily cash handling and balancing procedures.
- Support retail lending activities by assisting with loan processing and collections when necessary.
- Enter customer data into point-of-sale systems efficiently and accurately for seamless transactions.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
Skills
- Proven experience in retail sales or customer service roles, preferably within a retail store environment.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions, retail math calculations, and financial software operations.
- Familiarity with banking or financial services processes such as loan collections and processing.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail to ensure accurate record keeping.
- Excellent communication skills to engage customers effectively and promote products or services.
- Ability to handle cash drawer operations, cashiering tasks, and cash management procedures confidently.
