As Presales/Customer Success Manager you will understand customer needs and outcomes, play a critical role in helping our prospects and customers understand the value of our platform. Through your deep product knowledge and expertise in how companies use and deploy SaaS applications.

Deep understanding of our product’s technical capabilities and inner workings

Take part in demo meetings with prospects and assist in crafting sales pitches and solutions for the sales team

Understand customer outcomes by communicating with customers, analyze customer health metrics, and gather other feedback to provide superior support

Represent the voice of the customer to provide input into every core product, marketing and sales process
