Compensation is based on experience level but no less than $15.00 /hour
Responsibilities
- For entry level employees, a training period will be necessary to learn how to safely operate and maintain the equipment.
- Lead and supervise a crew in performing comprehensive landscape maintenance, including mowing, trimming, edging, and debris removal.
- Execute specialized landscaping tasks such as maintaining mulch/rock beds, mulching, and trimming hedges to customers liking.
- Maintain equipment and tools through regular inspection and preventive maintenance to ensure safety and operational readiness.

Qualifications

- Knowledge of landscaping tools, equipment operation, and maintenance practices.
